• English name and address of the Pledgor and Pledgee
  • Provide the English names and addresses of the Pledgor (i.e. the patent holder) and the Pledgee (i.e. the lending institution or third party) for international verification
• Pledgor's address in Russian
  • According to the requirements of the Russian Patent and Trademark Office, the Russian address of the pledger as shown in the register is required. Since this address is considered confidential information and is usually not shown in patent publications, it means that the agent needs to pay special attention to this requirement
• Original signed documents
  • All documents signed by the pledger and the pledgee must be sent to Russia in original form upon receipt. This is a key step to ensure the legality and validity of the pledge process.
