Greece, Italy and Saint Kitts and Nevis have acceded to the 1999 Geneva Amendment to the Hague Agreement.

  • Greece can be designated in international design applications from February 13, 2024.
  • From March 14, 2024, it will be possible to designate Italy in international design applications.
  • It will be possible to designate Saint Kitts and Nevis in international design applications from October 8, 2024.
